I recently visited Currys PC World and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions with great patience and expertise. They were not only very knowledgeable about the products but also took the time to explain the differences, helping me make an informed decision.What really stood out was how friendly and approachable everyone was, making the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It's rare to find such a helpful and dedicated team these days, and I left the store feeling extremely satisfied. Kudos to the team at Currys PC World for providing such top-notch service. I will definitely be returning in the future
Called in to The Currys store at Braehead Retail Park in Glasgow to purchase a washing machine and several other home appliances, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the store's layout and the wide range of products on display. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and approachable. I was greeted promptly and offered assistance without feeling pressured. The sales team provided detailed information about various washing machines and other appliances, highlighting the features and benefits of each one. Provided a very attractive price and offer with the purchase and insurance. Really recommended
Absolutely awful experience, took ages for someone to talk to me after me and another customer had to hunt one down the product that I wanted was only the display model, which was fine I have no issues with that. Then it turns out a key component was missing, I got a vague we could maybe take something off it but you would need to sort it yourself. Overall a very disappointing and surprising experience, as I have never had any issues with a Currys store before
Well.. some terrible service. Asked for an item. Attendant waived in some direction. Asked from another who said "if you can't find it, it's out of stock" lastly, another one asks if we needed some help.. we say Yes please. He says he will he with us in a second, then goes to join 2 others already assisting another customer!
Purchased a laptop from this store 7 days ago, was told would be 3-5 days as did not have in store. I was told by Azreal that she would contact me once arrived and also to book in my Microsoft etc install. 5 days later nothing, I called the 03445 number. I was told laptop had arrived in store 2 days prior but they could not get hold of store to arrange install. They advise they would send the store an email and the store would call me within 48hrs max to arrange collection and install. Needless to say 48hours has now passed and nothing. Customers should not need to chase. The public pay your wages so do your job.This store needs to get a grip and treat customers with respect and courtesy. A full refund will be in order and I will go elsewhere. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
The same product at John Lewis worked out at £95 cheaper, including free uplift of my old appliance and a 5 year warranty instead of the standard 2. They said they would price match the product but not services, which was disappointing.
Went to go in to have a look at tablets, Very helpful staff and helped us through different products to suit our needs. No pushy sales pitches, just the information you need and any questions answered. Left happy with our choices
Currys Braehead is in a massive shopping centre, the centre is in two parts with a covered site of shops and restaurant and across the road is the open site which is where Currys/PC World is, the store is huge with a great selection everything from cameras to washing machines, friendly staff and plenty of parking including lots of disabled spaces.
I Visited curry’s braehead on 28/6/24 - I forgot to put this review on before now . I was looking for advice and spoke to a lovely member of staff called Azrael. She was very helpful and very patient. Her knowledge of products was excellent. She’s an amazing member of staff and absolutely fantastic at her job . She is a credit to the company . Thanks for all your help Azrael.
Awful experience shopping today. For some random reason they had a live band in the store, couldn't hear yourself think let alone talk to anyone. Went to buy a phone, seriously low in stock for such a huge store. Also asked about a hoover, was asked to take a seat. Waited far too long for help, asked again, was told to 'have patience' outrageous! Left and shopped online.
