Absolutely fantastic help given to me today by Scott. I wasn’t buying anything but needed help with a problem regarding my phone notification from my diabetic sensor, which was not warning me of hypo’s. Scott spent a great deal of time trying to solve the problem for me even though there wasn’t a sale in the offering. I really appreciated his help as I’m techno inept, so THANK YOU SCOTT

Same as usual, can’t see the shooed are a good alternative to phone deals provided by O2. For checking out new phones maybe , but other then the online is better to deal with any issues , order, deal etc…
Was in twice today firstly as my phone had broken an the guy I spoke to was very helpful an told me that I could take my phone to actually Samsung shop an that I could also up grade early in which o decided to go for second time I was in shop Kayleigh helped she was brilliant in talking me through phone options an helping me pick an set up my new contract well done guys the photo below is the phone I went with an couldn't be happier with
Customer service was excellent from the staff, to someone who is technically wanting, they explained in a way that even I could understand, thanks again
2 shop sort reminds me of dentists shop for some reason. the store front is clinical and bland, It has fantastic windows yes seems to not show its products at best. The shop is clean and tidy good friendly staff but great range phones. apart from that its bland store. the image was taken in Sept.
Just to add: I sent this review to Vodafone by Twitter DM. They got straight back to say they’ll pass it on internally for training and improvement. Normally I get great service from Vodafone staff, but I was not impressed by one of them this morning. He looked like the oldest man in the shop at the time. I went in to your Glasgow Buchanan St branch with a technical network problem around 10.15. The young woman had a good manner but had to refer the problem to the more senior man. He was just hanging around chatting to a younger male colleague, and tried to fob me off by telling me to go to the Apple shop. I said no, it’s a network issue. He shrugged and was almost rudely offhand. He said “try Google”. I asked if he could show me how to reset the network settings. He did, and that fixed it. But I shouldn’t have had to help him do his job. I wondered if he wasn’t interested because I wasn’t there to buy a phone.
Finally my esim issue got resolved. Thank You O2 for the best service.
The staff were very helpful and got my transfer from phone to phone of my documents and photos
