As far as I am concerned this is my favourite and best Chinese Restaurant! Lovely family run business. We love the dry ribs, sesame prawn toast, spring onion pancake starters and spring rolls. Or you can get a platter starter for two, which is amazing value. The mains are very generous and enough for two people. We always have food to take home for the next day. You can also bring in your own alcohol. It amazing value for money and the staff our absolutely lovely and have always looked after us. We have been going for over 20 years.
Spent a lovely evening. Food very good staff friendly and nothing too much trouble. Great that you can take your own drinks. It's been 20 odd years since last visit still great value.Food: 4/5

Had a lovely evening 8 of us attended food was amazing staff so friendly and accommodating definitely can’t wait to go back hot and sour soup was lovely and the platters were great Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids were there all well behaved totally missed this place looks closed but it’s not 5100%

Brilliant restaurant we have been going there for 40 years. The banquets are excellent value.
We got a really good takeaway. Every dish was good including proper chow mein and great bbq ribs. The restaurant service has reopened. Don't be put off by the slightly unprepossessing decor, this is one of the best Chinese restaurants around.
Really wanted to try this place as it came highly recommend, but we couldn't find the menu, so we rang up and they emailed it us within minutes. Food was fantastic, ordered while i was hungry so obviously over ordered, but we ate everything, and happily still in a food coma 24 hours later. Full of flavour and not overly greasy/salty like other places. Would highly recommend
