I’ve been a very loyal customer to this establishment over the years. The biggest draw to this place was the food and IMHO the best chilli sauce ever. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the portion size of wings fries and a can of drink has dwindled considerably while the prices haven’t changed. The actual box they put the food in is only slightly bigger than the can of drink. What is worse is that they have changed their chilli sauce flavour!!!! I complained to the server and he said this was their new chilli sauce. Apparently lots of other customers didn’t like the new chilli sauce. Unless things change a larger portion and the original chilli sauce l will never come to this shop again. A Very dissatisfied, disappointed and disgruntled customer
Only reason food is 4 stars and not 5 is because the chilli sauce has been changed. The absolute thrill of chicken.com even if you just buy a steak burger and fries after a long day at school or mid work snack was the Chicken.com EXTRA HOT CHILLI BOSS MAN BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL CHILLI!!!!

I ordered food for £12 and it never arrived. I phoned the place to ask why this was and he said "minimum order £20, cancel the order" and when I tried to say I can't they need to he just hung up on me instead. Incredibly rude and to be honest I only chose it cause it was the only one open near me for cheap, their food is disgusting and I think I actually dodged a bullet not getting my food.
Don't know what happened to this shop. It used to look so nice and the food was really nice too. The fries are always thin and dry and don't taste nice and the food is too expensive considering how it tastes. The seating area has a cold atmosphere as they now have daylight white lighting when before it was warm white.Food: 1/5
I do not recommend this because when we ordered the spicy wings there disgusting and SICKENING hairs in chicken and this stuff is really bad!
