The staff at Philip Evans are very helpful and patient. My wife and I moved to Aberystwyth from abroad and had many questions, which they answered promptly. The market is extremely challenging for those looking to rent, but Philip Evans staff accommodated us by adding us to showings already scheduled and helping us to find available apartments that met our needs. I could not be more pleased with the service they gave us and the welcome they extended to us moving into the community.
I have rented from Philip Evans Estates for the past year. Would highly recommend. They have been extremely responsive to any concerns and the staff are kind and are always willing to offer advice and support. I have enjoyed renting from them and I'm very thankful that I did. I rented on and off for about 10 years with Philip Evans as a student and professional, with them being excellent every time. The staff are lovely and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to live in Aberystwyth.

I have rented two flats through Philips Evans real estate. Both times they did their best and succeeded to meet all my demands . They were always there to help me with any issue I had, they resolved every time any problem I faced with the flats. They contact their business professionally, honor their word and at the same time they show understanding and kindness. Both times they have returned my deposit and they have helped me in numerous ways although they didn’t really have to. I highly recommended them especially for the students since I considered them honest and trustworthy. Thank you for everything Philips Evans .
Lovely estate agents! Rented with them for almost 2 yrs before moving out of the area and they have always been good at responding to any problems or queries promptly as much as possible and have been friendly when we've spoken. Check in and check out was pretty easy. Would recommend them as an estate agent!
Their lovely people very understanding. They don't discriminate like the other agents in Aberystwyth. Hopefully in near would love to do buisness with them again. Very professional too.
The Philip Evans team were fantastic. I was having real trouble finding a property to rent in Aber during the pandemic, and they were very accommodating. They found a property that suited all my needs very quickly, forwarded clear and representative images and video of the property, sorted out a remote viewing for me, allowed me to pick up keys out of office, and have helped me sort out a range of matters. I have absolutely no complaints so far!
