Would 100% use these estate agents. Full of knowledge and really helpful, I bought and sold a property through the Aberystwyth office and would do it with them again.

Very very disappointing. I refused to go with these this time around. Very rude and cluless all other estate agents outdo these.

My only dealings with this lot have been vastly disappointing, and I say that with the knowledge that the bar is set low for Estate Agents anyway.  Economical with the truth, very slow to act, and occasionally just plain rude.  They also don't bother to chase up potential buyers after viewings. I'd avoid them altogether if I had any choice in the matter, unfortunately people seem to use them for some reason and if they have enough buyers and sellers on the books you can't avoid them, you just have to hold your nose and watch them like a hawk.
