Had no problems with Sarah or A1 Lettings, been in one of their flats for a year, Sarah has always been great when I’ve had issues and that was only one and it was resolved really quick. Bills have always been done on time with receipts to prove it. Don’t get all the negative comments for me A1 have been nothing short of amazing the only reason why I’m leaving is due to relocation, if I come back A1 is where I will be going too!

Used a1 on number of occasions and would highly recommend this letting agency to anyone nothing was too much trouble for either Jason or Sarah Keep up the good work Andrew and Kim

I would of liked to of given them 0 stars but it wont allow me. I have never come across such arrogant and rude people as Jason and Sara. their company is a joke. They are the worst letting agents ever. I thought Philip Evans were bad but these two have knocked them out of the park...

As a landlord have dealt with A1 on several occasions and always found them to be very professional and thorough each time.

I currentley live in 1 of A1's properties and have had many encounters with Jason and Sarah. Both have been very civil and very conisderate with any problems or queries ive had. Highly recommended
