Terrible lettings agents. Moved us into a place where the cable for the internet was broken and would need an engineer to fix it but lied to us and said there was internet. Made doing university work very difficult. Also there was no hot water, the windows were all single glazed and cracked and the window in the kitchen did not shut fully leaving a huge gap. Attempted to contact them but we were ignored. They also told us the landlord did not want to fix the windows as it was too expensive but we then found out they had not even mentioned this to the landlord they had instead lied to us so they did not have to deal with this. The doors to the rooms also did not shut and the floor boards under the carpet were rotting away. They did not want to know and ignored our phone calls, texts and emails and were never in the office when we went by.

Terrible landlords, terrible staff too. Nothing gets done on time and if something was wrong and we rung up, they promised a date, and never happened. Painter and decorators walked straight into the flat whilst I was sleeping and so did their staff to check about the fire alarms. (which never got done) Disgraceful and dishonest company. Do not rent from Aled Ellis Aberystwyth.
