fantastic car at a great price. nothing was too much trouble. After owning car for 7 months, a fault developed which needed the carpets removing. When removed, my independent garage told me the car had possibly been in a unrecorded accident. when I informed crowther lodge of this they told me that I've had the car 7 months, the car had passed its mot and that I had done the damage myself and to prove otherwise. I would not use this dealership ever again. after sales service very poor they took my money and now complete lack of interest in a problem not of my doing

Recently picked up a gorgeous red 420d from Jack over at Crowther. I must say from start to finish Jack made the whole process extremely easy. From initial phone call Jack took all my details and within 20 minutes had given me finance examples and also a price for my current car. Buying a car can be a painful process but from the 6/7 cars I bought in the past 10 years this was defiantly the easiest experience. Top quality car, as advertised and excellent customer service. Would have no problem recommending Jack or Crowther Lodge to anyone that is interest in buying a new car. Cheers guys and car is awesome!

Excellent service and hassle free. Ian Richardson who was dealing with myself was very helpful and provided excellent service. Pleasure to deal with and would definitely go back again.

After visiting numerous car dealership's and week's searching the internet for a car that my partner and I could agree on we visited Crowther Lodge. I have to say the lad that looked after us,Jack,was amazing and nothing was an issue to him....unlike the feeling we got from other places!! After a test drive on the Thursday,I was picking up our new motor on the friday. Fantastic service,great value and a massive thanks to Jack.
