Today was a wonderful day! I don't buy cars very often so it's lovely that Alex made buying this Used VW Caddy Maxi a great experience. His expertise was obvious and he was fully supportive guiding me through the procedure of sorting my car as part-exchange. My new vehicle had previously been a motability car, so we needed to get the tax changed at the post office in person, we took my car for its test drive while we did this, along with my dog Tinsel. Alex was great with Tinsel, even holding him while I was in the post office. All the staff were professional, but I felt really comfortable with Alex, he even came with me to get fuel in my new car so I didn't have to worry about driving it alone for the first time, which was very kind and reassuring. Throughout the whole sales process Alex was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. He's a credit to the team at Evans Halshaw nI came to Gateshead from Northampton 210 miles to buy this used VW because it was the right car at the right price, but after such a positive experience today, I think I'll be coming to Evans Halshaw to buy my next car from Alex too!
I always take my car here for mot & services.nToday my back brakes were done but I was 2 days and 30 mins early for my booked appointment. . But Harvey Power a lovely guy at reception fitted me in to get the work done today!!!nWhat can I say, it was just amazing customer service from Harvey liaising with the mechanical workshop team to fit me in, while I waited.nExcellent work too, I totally trust the mechanics here and the team. Would totally recommend them.nThank you so much Harvey.

Absolutely brilliant from my first enquiry. I gave Mark a budget and details of what I needed, no pushy sales pitch just alot of help to get what I needed. Even when one car wasn't going to be available, Mark & Ian worked to get me an even better car very close to my original price. Very helpful, thorough & a pleasure to work with.
