My puppy start bleeding from his mouth I came as emergency and they ask me to seat and wait they were calling first people who had appointments after 25min I couldn’t wait any longer seeing the dog suffering I left and went to another vet not to far from this one they check up and said if I would had come a bit later the puppy wouldn’t survive. He has blood in his lungs had to be monitored all night, thanks to that vet the dog survived the night and still being monitored. Please don’t use this Petwell house and they don’t take it serious. I am not happy at all with the service. I just gave 1 Star ⭐️ because I can’t give review without it

We have used this vets for years and has been very good and extremely good staff, but this time very unsure on service. Our rabbit was very ill with what turned out to be a respiratory infection, when taking him in we was given antibiotics and anti inflammation liquid but in my opinion he needed them via an injection for first dose due to how bad he was and we had already said he wasn't drinking or eating so left us with concerns on how to administer properly but we took the vets advice and went away as I'm not a vet. So as we thought was unable to administer correctly and as far as we were concerned the rabbit needed to be under proper medical supervision and on a drip, Friday we rang back as he had got a lot worse now obviously we were getting very upset as we could see we was loosing him if not sorted. We explained the issue and yes they did say come down straight away but this would be for an injection just to help his system and to eat but we still knew it was the antibiotics that he needed by injection and he needed to be on a drip. They did try another practice as there was supposed to be a 24 hr vet available but this turned out not be the case. They did give us a 24 he call out number but this was no good the rabbit passed away a few hours later which as far as we are concerned is mostly the vets/practise fault, how can you offer only a standard service when some issues require monitoring and how could they morally or personally let a serverly ill animal leave under such circumstances, I understand you can't save ever animal or make time stop to look after ill animals that comes through the door but I now feel this veterinary practice has lost its humain side, the old vets used to really put them selves out to care for the pets as this was not just a Monday to Saturday 9-5 job it was there heart caring for the animal. This place now just seems to be a business,they see money and chargies not seeing people come to a vet as they can't help the pet them self's and need some to save them. Should never have been sold to new people again now looking at going to another vets it a shame as reception girls have more concern than the vets themselves.

I bought my dog here for the first time after he had been very unwell. Everyone was very pleasant and happy..... it was just a brilliant atmosphere. The vet called raffale was brilliant with my boy snoop.... you could tell he is an animal lover. I had braced myself for this trip to have cost me a lot of money but raffale came up with another strategy which showed me that they were not just after money. Christina who was on reception was patient and again very pleasant and Taishan who is the nurse was brilliant as well..... both on the phone when I initially called as well as when she finally meet snoop. Vets like these are very hard to come by nowadays. Great service..... I will definitely be staying with them. Thank you and see you next time guys. Anand

I recently booked my dog in for dental treatment and found that the attitude of the new veteranarian to be very worrying. She seems to have little to no affinity with animals and seemed more concerned with the money aspect of things and being bitten by a dog who isn't vicious in the slightest. This was my usual vet but after canceling the dental treatment due to complete incompetence which drained me of any confidence, I will not be returning to what is now clearly a money first animals second practice.

Brilliant vets so helpful and polite and that's happened on every visit. I owe my life to them for making my little max all better again after such a scary time. Both my boys goes there wouldn't take them anywhere else. Well done to all the staff.
