I had the worst experience ever with this vet.
I went with my 2 dogs for a booster injection and to talk about the crying behaviour that my almost 14 years old dog has been having lately.  First, the vet was late and without even apologising he asked us with a very bad attitude "so what's the problem with them?", clearly the receptionist didn't informed him about the reason of our visit. 
Then he made a big deal on the fact that he didn't have enough space to write about the booster on my older dog's booklet. 
After giving the booster to both dogs, I asked him if there was something that we could give him to calm him down as lately by getting older has not been listening and keeps crying, he's answer was "he has a bad behavioural problem" and told me that he would give me the number of somebody who could help us (we never got that number). He kept telling me that this is not how he should behave and that he had to listen, I tried to explain that my dog has been showing this behaviour just lately, but he kept not listening and saying that he has a behavioural problem and the only thing to do was to talk to somebody else. 
Then I asked him if he could trim the rear dewclaw but he ended up cutting  all the nails of my dog's paws. He made him bleed and after 2 hours is still bleeding. The vet wasn't even bothered at all about the fact that he made my dog bleed and just told me "put him back on the table and I'll deal with it" without even apologising. 
In all this my dog was screaming and crying and the vet kept shouting at him and telling me that my dog had a behavioural issue. I burst into tears for anger and sadness seeing my dog treated this way. There were 2 other women in the room and nobody said a word about the way he was treating us. 
After seeing me crying, with a very annoyed voice asked me what was the matter and I told him that wasn't the way to treat costumers and dogs, at the end he listened to what I had to say. He kept saying that he did not want to drug my dog because of a behavioural problem and the only 2 solutions were to go to see somebody or to  put him down. Bear in mind I did not ask him to give him drugs but only to give him something natural to calm him down. He told me that he would look into it and let me know.
I was very happy this morning especially after reading the numerous positive feedback on google but after this experience I will definitely not going to bring my dogs back there.

Absolutely amazing vet very careing and helpful highly recommend the only vet I know that are there to do the most amazing job and it’s not all about money very friendly and cheaper than other vets they have looked after my dogs for the last few years would never go to another vet

 friendly and relaxed Staff and would recommend them. My English bull terrier had his booster injections and check up yesterday and the cost was very reasonable.

Amazing, caring staff and very knowledgeable and professional vets. I highly recommend the surgery to every pet owner.
