There isn't another place in the North East I would suggest anyone take their pets. The service is so good here. The staff are friendly and informed and more than welcoming with the animals. It is honestly like a haven for dogs! Just superb, cannot thank them enough! Brilliant!

Excellent pet shop. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. They treat animals very well and ensure the quality of health care is top class. I have 2 dogs from there who are now 13 and 10 and very healthy even at that age never need a visit to the vet except yearly booster injections. Buying an animal you get great advice such as feeding, worming & flea treatments, required early injections and a list of vets recommended in the area plus health benefits of neutering. Perfect for in experienced pet owners as advice given ensures all these years later you have a healthy pet. I would never use another pet shop. Very highly recommended.

Our Bichon was timid and scared of other dogs, we'd also had bad experiences with other groomers and poor Harlie had been nicked with scissors a few times. Nicola spent time with Harlie before cutting , calming and coaxing him gently . The cut was the best ever and Harlie had the time of his life. We wouldn't go anywhere else EVER!! We have an almost two hour journey to Pets and Things it's totally worth it. Thanks Nicola

Brilliant! All the girls are clearly dog lovers and we feel very confident when they are looking after them.
