No staff on shop floor so had to go to till to ask for help she rang the bell still waiting 10 minutes not very good customer service

My Mrs bought a hamster home and a hamster loads of accessories.. she was advised that the hamster home was suitable for the hamster.. it is a plastic tank style with internal plastic bottle and wheel .. the hamster ate through the bottle .. I went in to tell the staff about it and they advised me to purchase a glass bottle saying the hamster could eat any plastic... why do they sell plastic tanks and bottles if they ain't fit for purpose.. I will never ever step foot in the shop again.. customer service is rubbish .and the products are not fit for purpose
