Story

As a local pet shop based in the West End of Glasgow, we are here to provide a friendly and helpful service. Our passion is pets! We stock small furry animals such as hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits which we source from local breeders. Also we have beautiful fancy goldfish to keep you enthralled. Once you are set up with a cuddly new pet, we are able to provide you with the best premium pet foods to keep them shiny and healthy. Brands such as Royal Canin, James Wellbeloved and Burns for your moggies and doggies. Then there is Rabbit Royale, Guinea Pig Excel and Mr Johnsons Hamster mix for your little furry friends. Great place. Everyone who works there is absolutely lovely and very helpful and honest. Our puppy eats their own branded dog food and he loves it highest percentage of meat content out of all the other dry food in the shop! Our puppy loves our visits here!

Took my wee dachshund in here earlier today. The two young guys working couldn’t have been better. Attentive, helpful and full of chat. Service with a smile goes a long way!
I have been going to Pets Cetera for many years now and the service has always been excellent. Very helpful and knowledgable staff who are more than happy to interact with your pet and give them a biscuit or two. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for all your pet’s needs.
Use this shop for natural dog chews and they have been really good. Seen 2 or 3 different members of staff and they've all been friendly and helpful.
I visited today with Rosco and I have to say the knowledge and friendly approach was superb. I left with good natural chews and Rosco is on the floor chewing away happily. This will be the only place that I use from now on.
Brilliant wee shop. Staff are very helpful, friendly and cheery and nothing is too much trouble for them. You can take your pet into the shop, which we love as our dog just loves getting all the attention. The shop has a good variety of items, from dog food, treats and toys to items for cats, rabbits, birds and fish. We would highly recommend this shop, it's well worth a visit
Popped in for a couple of treats for a friend's hound. Incredibly friendly staff member who not only was super helpful but also seemed very knowledgeable on all things dog treats. Huge variety in types/size/price point/body part you name it. Nicely laid out. Will be back.
