I am an owner of multiple snakes, and the state of the reptiles in this store was abysmal. Let me preface this by saying it is unlikely the fault of the employees here, but the lack of training and care of this business as a whole. The ball pythons are housed together and kept on aspen. Both of them had multiple layers of stuck shed due to lack of humidity. It was an awful thing to see. On top of this, they were holding holiday sales to promote misinformation impulse buys.
Dirty store, overpriced products, clueless staff. I was pursuing their dog grooming program and knew I wasn't going back when the grooming salon LEAD asked if she should pour styptic powder into an old wound that had opened on a client's dog. Anyone who's worked with animals for 5 minutes knows styptic powder is only ever used to stop bleeding from overly trimmed nails. You're better off getting products on Chewy and going to a privately owned salon for grooming.
The kitty litter refill deal is economically satisfying and it's great litter, we have 3 cats.
Waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the check out register, after I walked around the whole store and there was no one working visible to help. Finally had some one come to check the 5 people waiting. After I got home and realized I bought the wrong size for my dog totally my fault I went back at 7pm to exchange but they closed an hour earlier than their sign said they were supposed to.
It is convenient. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Lots of choices for my Freddie.
worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. waited 30 mins after repeated attempts of asking for assistance to purchase feeder mice for my ball python only to walk out with nothing but wasted time and effort.
We like Petco for the grooming service that they provide for dogs. They're very knowledgeable and take their time to make your pet look it's best.
Great experience!! The Groomers were especially kind and nurturing to our nervous Nellie pup!! Thank you!! Kailey was awesome!!
U like this pet shop they have a very large assortment for all your pet needs. From reptiles to fish to cats and dogs. And there prices are reasonable too.
Every fish and hermit crab I've bought from them have died within a week. I don't do business there anymore
