Visited this shop yesterday and was very unimpressed
The birds and hamsters cages are all situated beside the entrance. Every time the door opened it made a really loud noise which must be stressful for the animals. Not to mention the draft they get every time the door opened (especially the 2 Lovebirds situated right next to the it!)
I can't be the only one who was upset by this!

What has happened to this place??  Was very sad visiting today. It's in a very sad state.

Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable on the fish I have purchased. Stock always looks very clean and well looked after at reasonable prices- would recommend!
