Spoke to Drew at Newton Abbot store as I was looking for advice on a pod kit I had my eye on. Being this would be my first kit, Drew gave me sound advice on the best coils to use for my typical vaping habits and juice used etc, and was very honest and impartial in his approach. Drew is a real top guy and even threw in a good bit of friendly banter! Thanks again for your help and assistance, Drew!

Excellent service manged to Source the juices which was out of stock online which saying they was in stock
I have just been into the store for a replacement pod. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock so, a bit disappointed, I was about to leave when the chap serving me disappeared out the back and came back clutching a new, boxed vape kit. He proceeded to open it up so that I could have the pod from it! If it had been a big ticket sale, I would have thought it was good service so I'm amazed that they would do that for a pod that only costs a couple of quid! I can't recommend them highly enough!
Top guys, brilliant service! Made a minor mistake with my online order so emailed to explain it, got an email straight back to apologise and correct order was sent out the next day. Thank you so much and will definitely be ordering again :
Cannot fault this shop and the workers in any way! Been using this store through COVID and before, and have always been amazing. Manager and Staff are very friendly, and sort out any problems easily and efficiently. Brilliant selection of juices and mods. Would recommend to anyone, which I have.
