I am unsure as to why I keep shopping here. Numerous accounts of rude customer service. Most recently I have had two VIP cards that only one member of staff picked up on was not registered to anyone! Went in today to pick up a 30litre Wood cat litter bag, got to the till, was hurried through, despite there be only one person behind me. I moved to one side to allow the person behind me to pay for their goods. Picked up my bag and dropped it twice to be stared at by the man behind the till and the man being served and a member of staff by the front door. Not once did anyone offer to help me. If I did this at work I would be given a warning! I spend a lot of money in Pets and home and don’t have a lot of money but pay the expensive prices. I will not be returning as this was the second chance I gave Pets and Home after my VIP card registration problem that has gone on for over a year. I don’t understand why people are so rude.

Visit this store regularly and have never had anything but great service. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and always willing to spend time with you making sure you leave with the right product. Dogs are welcome which means its one big 'puppy party' sometimes but any 'accidents' are quickly dealt with! Wont go anywhere else for pet stuff now.

Great selection of pet stuff. It looks like there is shortage of staff (took 25 minutes to get fish sorted) but I guess it was a busy time.
