This is an excellent vets. We recently moved our dogs here after less than stellar service from another vet in the town. Since we have been there they have diagnosed our dog correctly, offered a full range of treatment and diagnostic options and also recommended other treatments such as hydrotherapy. Every member of staff we have met have been friendly, helpful and cannot do enough for you and more importantly, for our dogs. Our dog is happy and settled for the first time in months, that is worth 5 stars on its own.

Excellent, reasonably priced vet in the centre of Bromsgrove. Free car park. Nice staff. Modern facilities. Happy to take my dogs there for care

Friendly practice with seperate areas for dogs and cats. Towels provided to put over pet carriers to help them feel calmer. Vet explained what she was thinking and doing, and what was the treatment. Asked if I would be ok administering treatment. One thing not given was an idea of cost for said treatment until I got to the desk.

We’ve had our gang of beloved dogs with Clent for years. We recently moved to another practice in town (not our choice – a conflict of interest forced us) but have now have thankfully returned. Although ‘bad’ vet practices are rare, there are equally few practices that resonate a high level of understanding & care that we found here, for both owner and pet. This feeling of confidence was further enhanced after confirming out vet, Barbara was still there. If you are looking for a veterinary practice that will care for your treasured pets with complete confidence, you won’t find better than Clents.

Clent Hills Vets are brilliant they understand that our pets are family to us I take my puppy and cat and both are greeted by name and put at ease my puppy loves the fuss she gets from the staff and enjoys her visits even for her boosters I recently moved out of the area but will still be going to this vet practice very happy with everything and well worth the extra time and distance to get there well done to all the staff xx
