We have used these vets for over 20 years for a wide range of pets and without fail we have had a kind and caring service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. Great staff. Reception make you feel very welcome. Saw two different vets over two days both very informative without being stuffy. Large waiting area but also sufficient area outside to wait if you want to. Parking at rear.

I used the online booking system and was offered a choice of appointments on the same day. The system was easy to use. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and very gentle with my cat who is very timid. The practice was warm and very clean. It didn't smell like a clinical area. I would strongly recommend the Rubery practice to anyone looking for a vet.
