The clinician and reception team were lovely, patient, knowledgeable and friendly however the prices were disgusting I left feeling like I’d been robbed. When I researched what I was prescribed for my pet I felt even more robbed. Being charged £45 for a human drug you can get over the counter for £8 after paying £64 for a ten minute consultant is disgusting plus the additional £35 for pain killers I could’ve picked up from the pet shop for a fiver. You are fully taking advantage of people who love their animals and I think you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Excellent practice, always do their best for your pets
I’ve been using this vets for a year now, I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. The reception area is always clean and tidy and reception staff and welcoming and have always been so helpful with my appointments. I’ve been using the vets most for one of my cats who has an ongoing health problem, and I usually see the same vet forgive me, I can’t remember his name . My cat is so relaxed around him, he’s usually quite skittish with new people! The vet has always talked me through treatment options and what we can do next if the treatment doesn’t help. I went to see him yesterday with the same cat with something I was really worried about, I felt so much better after the appointment, he gave his opinion and we discussed next steps and a timeline for a next appt if needed.nSarah
I would trust any of the vets at this practice with all my pets. All the people are efficient and friendly—such a welcome change from my last vets. I am so glad that I changed to them.
My Doggy ate some raisins Monday and after a phone call, they sorted him within the hour. Thanks to everyone. A Happy little doggy again.
