The cafe in M&S Newport store is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. But ... it could be helped by either canopy blinds outside or blinds on the inside windows, it was a sunny day and hardly any customers were sat window side as too bright and getting very warm. In the summer it will be like sitting in a greenhouse. Special mention to Jan, very helpful
I visited the store today to get a shirt. The lack of choice was astounding. I couldn't find a simple white shirt in my size. I don't know if M&S and other clothing stores realise this but we men wear clothes too and would appreciate a wider range. Zero stars frankly as not one member of staff spoke tonme as they were too busy talking to each other. Absolutely hopeless
Very disappointing visit today. Such a poor dispiriting selection of food in Dine for £12.00. Couldn’t find one half decent choice. Gave up and got a curry hopefully nice. Worse than the store is the poorly signposted car park. I thought I may never leave
