Staff are friendly and knows how to keep pets very well but it was kinda disappointed since they only have a less choices of aquatic fishes in it especially with the accessories and designs. I am a little bit of bias because I only talked about the fishes here but the if you are not a fan of fishes, you might understand my point of view. However, all of the pets are really looking so healthy and look so well. Lots of choices of pets and accessories too.

Lovely store for all pet needs. Has animals for sale but procedures have to be followed. Groomng centre in store also. Great shop with lovely staff.

Friendly, helpful staff. Regular good offers on cat food but Cat litter shelf is often on the empty side.

Went to purchase a dwarf hamster and the lady refused to sell me it because she was afraid that because there were kids with me that the kids will be handling it. I told her it will be in the cage and the children will not be handling it but she refused anyway! I feel this was totally out of line because I was there with my friend and her children as well.
