I have an African Pygmy Hedgehog and needed small pet boarding - I had been pleased to find somewhere with experience of the species and everything seemed fine when I dropped her off - owner was attentive, seemed knowledgeable and asked good questions. However having picked my pet up today I was presented with a bag of dirty laundry (which I expected) - what I didn't expect was the state it was in. One blanket was handed back to me 'clean'  however it was covered in straw and smelt bad. The other was covered in straw/sawdust type bedding material - obviously Rosie had been put on inappropriate bedding despite the fact I provided my own. It also smelt like it hadn't been changed recently. Finally the 'cozy cube' - something Rosie likes to sleep in sometimes was actually damp and obviously covered with wee and full of poo - had it been changed? Rosie has never gone to the bathroom in her sleeping area ever so to find it full of around 2-3 days worth of poo/wee doesn't make me think they were regularly changing the bedding out as required/instructed.

Thankfully my pet seems fine. Just super disappointed in the service here...

I have my dogs nails clipped here at a very reasonable price. Lovely staff. They also bath your dog too if you dont like them shaking off at home

Never had any issues more than accommodating and they take great care of magpie when I'm away can't ask for better and good pricing too
