Good range of choices for dog food. All three of my dogs prefer the pets at home senior chicken and vegetables. Shop assistants were very helpful and polite

Very friendly staff, who seem to make themselves more visible and available than I have experienced at other stores. Groom room is great, my dog can be a little nervous but they handled him well

Had an appointment with the groom room booked for my two dogs , had this appointment booked for two weeks and the day before get a call to say they can no longer do it and could not even reschedule me and would just phone as and when they could! disgusting customer service. Now have to find somewhere else and probably wait another two weeks! very unhappy customer, will not use again or recommend.
