Placed an order back in April with the store for all nursery furniture and pram package. Thought the pram package on offer was great, pram car seat bag etc for a good price so we upgraded the car seat as advertised. Contacted the store to tell them the baby would be earlier than due date and cleared the balance well in advance to day of uplift. Was told the car seat we ordered was still not in a week before we were due to pick it up, no apology just "dont worry we will see you ok with another car seat to do you" Turned up at the store to collect the items ordered only to be standing for a while whilst the staff sat together gabbing, given the items with the temp car seat still no apology no demonstration of what you have purchased even though you placed an order over 1000 pounds, charge of 25quid if you want that!! Told we will phone you when the car seat comes in and you can swap the liner not great when you stay 20miles from the store. Only to get the items home to find out the car seat doesnt fit the chassis, had to google it to find out you need adaptors , was not informed of this from the store, their customer service is terrible, totally disappointed with the service of which is supposed to be a happy exciting time for my partner and i to be going through only to be left feeling pissed off, store only offer free postage of the adaptors but we still have to pay for them. Nice one, wish i had placed the 1700 quid order elsewhere!!!
