I came in last Thursday and was absolutely blown away with the staff member so polite and helpful he did all that he could do to help me resolve the problem went out of his way Never had such good customer service at a plumbing merchant before. Please forgive me , I believe his name was Micheal I’m not 100% sure younger guy with tattoos on both hands ! Credit to the company Regards James Hunt
The showroom here is a hidden gem! There's a selection of bathroom ranges on display and so much choice in the accompanying catalogues. The staff really know the stock and can help you find the right thing for your budget. Our order came in quickly even during the pandemic and was easy to collect.
Massively helped us out 2 years ago when my caravan water pipe burst, He took the old pipe, cut a new replacement piece and had us on our way within 2 mins, couldn't have been more friendly service!
