3 stars, not too bad. Product selection is always low and feels like a cramped Lidl. Parking isn't the best. Nice use of self service checkouts, so don't have to wait for long queues
I am editing this review after some weeks. The shop is really deteriorating. Stuff all over the isles more than ever and almost impossible to find anyone for any queries. Having visited Lidl in Wadebridge, Helston and Truro this is so not the case elsewhere why on earth is it the case here? Stuff in places very precariously stacked up and things chucked on to the shelves We shop here all the time, often on foot though sometimes in the car. I am a big fan of Lidl, love the bakery and wine is good value. Definitely cheaper than Sainsburys though some of the branded stuff can be more expensive than say Tescos. And certain things not stocked such as fresh broad beans. And I am not a fan of the fish here. Carpark is fine. It can be very disorganised in here though with stuff blocking the isles and shelves can somtimes be empty. Staff are generally helpful though when I was recently looking for pasta and sought help from a young man whose name begins with J I was told it was stranded in Exeter due to the covid lockdowns and Brexit leading to staff shortages. A customer showed me where it was, on a shelf and not in Exeter. I mentioned my encounter to someone I saw on the self service till and she said "Oh that must be J". He made me laugh actually. Pity you cannot swap stores with Sainburys. The new store in Truro has great wide isles. PS can you stock up on the coconut alcoholic drink my partner likes. You hardly ever have it. Next time you do I may buy the lot
Nothing worst than having only 4 items to buy and the lady in front of you on the ONLY cash self serve checkout is scanning a trolley full please sort this out Falmouth the ‘broken’ other cash checkout has been out of action for a VERY long time now So fast ward 1 month and now there is NOT one cash self serve cash checkout working in this store!!!!! On approach to a very nice member of staff I was told to go to the main checkout only one open to be greeted by a queue of people with large trolleys full of weekly shops, this honestly is not good Lidl, trust me not everyone wants to pay by card every time they shop, I guess Sainsburys and Asda it is then

A nice quiet Lidl, well stocked with very few customers. A nice place to get your bits and bobs.
A great store we got everything we needed at a great price.
Always providing quality products at unbeatable prices. Might not have the widest range of choice of any individual product,but who needs to choose from 6 or 7 options of baked bean varieties,for example?
Dirty. Cages left in every aisle so it was like a slalom course to negotiate the shop. many empty shelves.
Good selection of food, staff helpful and friendly, good parking. No electric charge points, however I think these might be coming soon due to current ground works in the car park
Quite a few empty shelves but found most of what I needed and good bakery self selection. I like the self service tills, much quicker if only getting a few bits so go past everyone queueing and go to the far end where they were empty. Seems a confused shop though as these type normally are with specials baskets in the middle of aisles and took a bit to find items on the shelves. Cheaper food but good quality.
