Went to collect veterinary dog food from pets at home which I have been waiting on since last week. Told me it would be here on Friday my dog is on a certain food I can’t get anywhere else. Walked in the manger came running out of the back like I was going to rob the place. They close early for bank holidays. Says on the door open to 8 hence why I walked in Explained to the manager it’s a special food I needed as my dog has none left and I’ve been waiting since last week and have ran out. He asked me to leave. Clearly does not care one bit about animals and their needs. Won’t be back near the place.
Everything you need for a pet. Lovely staff. Great value with membership too. Definitely be back.
We had such a fantastic time at the My Pet Pals workshop! Megan was absolutely amazing — so sweet with both the children and adults. She was super organised, really knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfectly pitched for the younger ones.nnThe session included plenty of hands-on fun — everyone got a turn, from feeding the guinea pigs to helping with the fish. Megan took the time to involve every child and made it such an engaging and educational experience.nnHighly recommend these workshops to anyone with animal-loving kids — and if you get Megan, you're in for a real treat! We’ll definitely be back for more.
Great customer service and had the products I needed
15 years of coming here with 3 dogs, one of which was injured seriously in a groom requiring surgery, but you know what - forgive and forget. Today I picked my dog up a bit late as my wife's just out of major surgery and Im running around with her 15 year old dog - and I get slapped with a late charge due to Bloomfield parking. Clearly I'm the bigger person and should have taken legal action. Robots following a process. Avoid.
