Since last year Jollyes has been my first choice for pet supplies for my cats and dogs thanks to how lovely the staff are, in particular Drew who could not be nicer. He is never pushy, and I always end up buying more because he genuinely considers my shopping needs and makes caring and considerate recommendations, as well as being funny and friendly. I am always glad to see him when I pop in! The other staff are also lovely and I hope Jollyes in Bangor appreciate how much of an impact their people have on their customers returning time and time again.
Great range of products and friendly staff members! And has easy parking right outside.
Delivered into this store, Charlotte was usually the person I interacted with. Very polite and pleasant takes her role to a very high standard.
Best place for anything needed for my dog plus I'm allowed to bring him in with me lol and the prices are good too. I've been quite a few times to the Bangor branch and the staff couldn't be any more nicer or helpful. I highly recommend Jollyes. I've attached a pic of the harness I got in Jollyes and I'm just one very happy customer with one very spoilt dog! X
I decided to try Jolleyes recommended pouches, Rileys, one of the cats I feed absolutely loves them and can't get enough. The picky cat won't eat Felix or whisks either so will be buying Rileys. Great variety helpful staff...and oldies can join over 6os and get 10% off on Wednesday
