We put our cat here for 17 days - came back fit and well. With a bill of £120 I was very taken aback that they would not accept a payment by card. I had half the amount on me in cash and they refused my offer of part payment with the rest to be dropped in the next day (we have used this business before). Unbelievably I was told "no cash no cat". Cannot complain about the actual service but this was a very sour way to be treated.

Very poor attitude. I rang this cattery and politely inquired if a space was available for my cat in July, and the man who answered the call took a very sharp, impatient and pompous tone from the outset.I consequently had no option but to inform him that I did not like his attitude, and that I would therefore not be requiring his services. It really doesn't cost anything to have manners and a degree of courtesy and civility towards paying customers.
