Always great to fill up at BP and collect the points to buy things from the shop or use as payment for fuel
This garage is very badly run. It's a big service station with a subway but it is being run on the cheap. The management Denis doesnt seem to care about customers having a good experience. Trading standards should be investigating this place for false advertising because the prices displayed on the main sign at the front of the garage have been cheaper than the actual pumps and no it wasn't the dearer pumps I was looking at. No fuel in the pump, without any signs telling you that on the pump so you waste your time jumping between pumps trying to find one that is actually usable. Staff not behind the counter when you try to fuel up means you wait for ages for them to actually press the button to release fuel, while they are out filling shelves or something.. I'm pretty sure if BP head office were aware of how this place is run that the management would be out on there ear. It's also an expensive garage in the area, you can get much cheaper at the Sainsbury's in Livingstone. .
Staff lovely in fuel side and subway!
With a spar store and a subway along with petrol station and laundrette facilities its a nice wee hub within Polbeth
Place is a rip off compared to other fuel stations.
