Had a really great experience buying a car from Parks Kia in Bathgate. Chris was really helpful and friendly and really let us take our time in making a decision. Really pleased with our little Rio and 5* for service! Absolute night and day to pretty much every other garage we went to. Also a shout out to Alexander who was also really nice. Thanks guys
I had a great experience dealing with Lee Graham. Great communication over the phone and via email. He did his best to get me a deal I was happy with, answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and arranged everything we agreed on the collection day.
Really good after sales service and looked after well by Hayden on the service desk when I've had a couple of minor issues. There is a female whose name escapes me who also works on the service desk. Depending on her mood, can be quite unhelpful and has been flippant with me on a couple of occasions. Stick with Hayden, and you'll be fine! I was Dissapointed that they only offered manual courtesy cars when my KIA was an automatic. I do have a manual licence, but, as a leg amputee, i find it much easier driving an automatic. I was told this was a decision by KIA and not the dealer. I did manage once to get a courtesy car from them when they gave me an automatic Peugeot as their Peugeot dealership is next door. Found it easier to use their collect and return service for my car thereafter.
I like dealing with Stevie the manager and Adam. They are both helpful and friendly without being pushy and overbearing. The other members of staff I dealt with are polite and what you would reasonably expect in a car retail business.
