Poor service. Use one of the bigger fuel filling stations in Livingston instead

I went to fill up my car after work at around 9:30pm, I was told to wait a minute for fill whilst 'staff changed over'. I waited 20 minutes and the staff were still chatting at the tills. I just drove off as this is terrible customer service especially for something that isn't cheap!
