Disappointed. Mon Jan 2nd 2023. I am a regular customer to your petrol station at Alderstone Rd Livingston. 8pm I checked your page , and it said premises open till 10pm. Revised holiday times. So I travelled up and it was shut. Please keep your opening times up to date.
The drive through car wash isn't clearly marked where to stop the car! So after a dozen attempts I went in the shop and was given a new ticket, but they did not reset the car wash so the new ticket was as useless as the one I purchased. Secondly the entire area is very poorly/badly lit and the writing on the manual car wash isn't readable without a magnifying glass especially in the bad lighting. So now I have a wet, still dirty car after paying TWICE at the manual car wash. There is an enormous pot hole as you drive out the car wash which is bound to get you to do wheel alignment in the near future. So be warned, take a torch and magnifying glass with when you want to wash your car!
It's a petrol station, you can get petrol here, the are easy to use, there is also a shop, air, water and car and jet wash facilities, so you can meet most of your motoring needs in one place.
Imagine being shut at 8:00 on a Sunday clearly made loads of money on fuel . There was at least 7/8 vehicles drove into the petrol station drove back out ended up going to Asda . Least they take cash and contactless payments
Just got petrol and they have also takin £100 even tho I only put £40 in my tank care to explain what that's all about!

Decent petrol at a decent price. But where it 'shines" is it has the best Jetwash facilities by far. £3 for 7.5 minutes and uses turtle wax soap/shampoo etc. The hot brush is very good and has plenty of heat in the water and soap. Decent pressure in the lance as well. Gave 4 stars as the queues for petrol are quite long sometimes and a about half the pumps are card only they should offer card/cashier at all pumps in my opinion
Always well stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Use the carwash and vacuum here it's cheapest around
The staff at the Livingston petrol station are lovely. I have been coming here for years and it’s nice when the staff recognise you as one of their regulars!
