The main reason for my 5 star rating is that, throughout the recent petrol price increases, this place has consistently offered the lowest prices in the area, often substantially lower than the supermarkets. People appreciate fairness and this garage has guaranteed I will return again and again. The shop is also large and well stocked.

Don't fill my car with fuel here that often, it's not always the cheapest. But sometimes is competitive.  This review is mainly for the store, I buy Megamelts and coffees for our staff twice a week from the Subway takeaway inside. the staff in here are amazing, not just at the Subway, but the main counter of the petrol station too. Come here in the mornings on a weekday, the lady behind the main counter of the store is one of the happiest and nicest people you'll ever meet. I honestly don't know how she does it, wish I knew her secret.

Best price for fuel in the area. 3 costa machines no queuing Subway in store. Open on Christmas morning - for when covid changes your Christmas plans at the very last minute.

Cheap petrol . Water and air £1.00 & machines working.  Drive through car wash bronze, silver, gold £5.99 purchase tokens at the till. Car vacuum. Large selection of produce. Costa coffee station never used so can't comment only downfall,  music too loud and poor radio station choice in a public place

I only mainly use the car wash and gold wash does a good job.  My car runs on LPG auto gas and I have to go all the way to Grays as you have not had your pumps fixed for around 5 years

Great newish station, large forecourt and shop. Toilet tap had no water and no other tap available to wash hands. Staff therefore not helpful.

Instore is feels over stocked with tat, toilets were unclean.  After queuing for the air and tyre machine, learned it is token only.... sorry, is this 1970? Had to run across the forecourt que to get a token for a pound.... no signs or information to let you know it is token only.... very frustrating

Best fuel price in Southend area with always good quality, friendly staff and quick service every time I'm there. Open 24/7

At time of writing cheapest fuel in City and surroundings. Clean forecourt, my pump wasn't a pay at pump so I may have missed them. Fully stocked good looking shop with a Subway bar. The young lady on till was just delightful. An excellent experience.

This is an impressively large BP garage selling all grades of fuel. Unfortunately it comes at an impressively high price per litre compared to other local garages and the only reason I don’t shop their more often.  Update October 2022: it seems as if someone took note of my review - This garage now has competitively prices fuel and at one point was cheaper than the surrounding garages including JET. It has become a busy shop and now attracting more customers. Now 4*
