Terrible customer service. Waiting at the pump being ignored by staff. Lady at the till couldn't be bothered to start my pump after looking my way few times. Useless.

Customer service needs training needs to be given. The rather rotund middle aged woman with glass who works on the till needs to stop acting like the customers being served are unconvincing her day. I've actually stopped using this garage because of her bad attitude and incessant tutting.

Lovely set up just extremely expensive which is unjustified when the same items in other brand garages are a lot cheaper why

Very poor customer service displayed by the Manager, as she wasn't happy with one of the coffee side girls chatting to customers, she was showing her frustrations to us and not even looking at us, instead she was tutting and shaking her head.
