Contacted to ERG facilities due to loss of pressure in our boiler. Even though the team was stretched due to being very busy, they made an effort to visit us at a convenient time and were helpful and friendly on the phone. Our engineer was polite, courteous and informative - and located our issue almost immediately, ordering the part and returning to fix it within a couple of days, whilst in the meantime providing information on how to get the most out of our broken boiler. Fee was reasonable for the repair and part, invoicing was clear and timely. Good communication throughout. Would recommend and use again!
I never leave reviews but I just had to this time. Erg team returned my calls within hours of leaving a message. technicians removed a ground yellow jacket nest. Bobby called 30 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way. He and I are now best friends. So far a perfect experience. I expect I won’t be disappointed as I am going with their top of the line yearly service plan. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.
Avoid at all costs Arranged plumber to attend a leak coming through to an alleyway on the Friday. Was informed it would be same day. The tenants then advised me on Saturday no one had even attended, with no notice or update from ERG. An additional engineer was sent on the Sunday and quite frankly wish we had not wasted our time. They went into the wrong bathroom and diagnosed the leak as coming from the roof. The original issue was explained to the call centre staff as leaking shower coming through to alleyway below. The bathroom the engineer decided to look at and have a look at the roof did not even have an alley way below. We had to consequently send a different competent contractor who immediately and easily may I add found the fault. All at extra expense. Obnoxious communications from them since, paid £162 for the disservice. Requested a refund as essentially paid for someone to come in and point at a roof two days later than booked in. Company offered no discount for the engineer being missed and waiting an extra two days. Company deflected blame and I would strongly advise not to use them as they have no morals in providing not even an adequate let alone a good service to their customers.Service: Plumbing leak detection
Erg facilities team fitted 2 large chandeliers for us, changed a number of pendant fittings and added a new outside light. electricians also fitted new extractor fans and a smoke alarm as well as diagnosing the problem with our garden lights. He was punctual, hard working and tidy. The work has carried out to a high standard. We will definitely use Erg facilities again and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
One star, for the quick response. Otherwise terrible. Paid in advance no other option for boiler service and to repair a loss of pressure problem. They completed the service, no problem. Happy with that. Engineer failed to diagnose the cause of the pressure drop and left my tenants to it. No feedback, no ownership of the problem. I had to find another company to come and start again, they found the fault straight away and completed the repair. Erg would only visit if they were paid in advance, and took advantage of this. Offered no refund for the repair, despite multiple attempts by me.
Outstanding customer service -every single person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and they went the extra mile to send someone out as quickly as possible when my boiler broke. Both engineers that came out were brilliant -incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely use their services again.
Really positive experience! This was our first time having Erg facilities our oil boiler and the engineer was diligent and thorough and ensured a top class service. He went the extra mile to bring the boiler back up to standard after a few years of being serviced poorly by another company. We’re very grateful for your time and effort to help us and we will 100% be using Erg facilities ltd again!
We had an electrical fault at home which took out some of the circuits on the ground floor but did not trip the main Consumer Unit switch. My husband who has some knowledge of electrics could not find the source of the fault so we googled and found Erg facilities in our area. He identified the problem quickly and sorted it out straight away. We were delighted and would use ERG services again without hesitation.
There was quite a lot of work to be done to get the electrics up to a safe standard and I was provided with a full breakdown of works needed and the costings. So happy with my experience Open and honest with costings. Engineer completed job within 20 minutes and receipt sent over same day.
