Two ladies by the wild bean section, one shouted for me to use the self check out. I was paying by cash so patiently waited to be served. It was only when fuel needed to be authorised that a lady with long blonde hair served me. Whilst serving me she continued to have a loud inappropriate conversation with another customer at the wild bean section. Whilst waiting for my coffee the other staff member was apologetic for the wait; as one machine wasn’t working. Another staff member then appeared to stand on a stool and mix the coffee beans at the top with her bare hands. I approached a manager who was replenishing shelves and explained I found the staff member unprofessional and what I had witnessed with a response of “I’ll have a word” she did not seem bothered at all with no apology to myself. As a regular customer I have witnessed the blonde lady be unprofessional on numerous occasions, I will get my coffee elsewhere in future.
Went in for a 2 coffees this evening, lady serving did not want to make it. Raised her eyes huffing and puffing, then said she had to cash up first so we had to wait. We then stood waiting while she cashes up her till & whilst another member of staff was stacking shelves, very poor customer service
Advertises two high-speed EV chargers. These are either faulty or blocked by M&S delivery lorries. Staff don't seem to care that they block EV chargers but continue to advertise them as available.
Regularly use to top up my fuel but also for a bit of shopping. Had a question about one of my products, I actually spoke to the general manager there who was so helpful, he really went out of his way to get an answer for me. Would highly recommend for anyone to use.
