Never impressed when shopkeepers are gassing away to people they know as if they are in their own living rooms. There is a big difference between having a good rapport and being totally oblivious to other customers. Also, having worked in retail for many years, I would NEVER address a customer as ' love.' For the record, my brother, father or husband have never addressed me as such, so I don't expect any other male to. Being asked if, 'I'm OK there,' confirms that I must resemble a mental patient. Can we have some professionalism, please?????

we have always got our pets from here and they have all done very well. we recently bought 3 lovely guinea pigs and they are amazing! they are happy and healthy and most importantly friendly
