Very helpful.  Replaced heel on my walking boots to a very high standard where others refused to touch them. 5 stars.

A good personal service.. Together with Harrington over the road , its one of the last true old style  high Street shops that's there for us.

School shoe dilemma, the initial panic when my lil one was adament to get cheap school shoes they had holes in the soles and being mid way through the school year the options are ultra limited, Pete is always super accommodating and was able to sort the problem.

My go to shoe repair and key cutter, Didn't have what I needed this time, but usually does, which considering he's a Chelsea fan is a big surprise

Pleasant guy and he made the keys!
