Unfortunately a cheap as it use to be and sadly quality has dropped. Jordans boys shorts £49 a joke. They own alot of brands they sell so should really focus on better build quality if they want people to keep coming back. Prices through the roof, cheap find online.
Tried to collect an item, that had been delivered to the store as requested. Upon collection the barcode on the item would not scan. They would not allow me to take it, despite having photo ID, and already paid.nnThe assistant called the manager, who agreed that I couldn't take it. A phone call was then made to head office for further instructions. After 15 minutes I was allowed to take the item.nnThis is disgusting service, despite being prepaid, I was made to stand around at the till, as though I had been trying to steal something.nnThe most terrible service possible.nnWhen I wrote a negative review on their website, it wasn't posted. Who'd have thought they only allow positive reviews.nnNothing but scams from this company.
Nowhere online has said January hours shut half an hour early. I turned up at 7:20 with Girls on the door not letting anyone in saying January hours where the website and online say 8 o’clock close Nowhere says that they’re reducing their hours in January
Does anyone actually work here ? Trying to get football boots for my son and literally no one in site. Went and found someone else in the store and they said they can't help cause there are meant to already be 2 people on shoes , waited around a bit longer and no one turned up. I can see why more people are online shopping.
If it was less then one star I would give it. I bought a pair of shoes for my sister which did not fit her took it back it was all intact with the sticker and everything not touched and they could see, and I was told I can only get a voucher because that's they policy and it is written under that if you meet all requirements you will get a refund. But the manager didn't know what that ment and said that was supposed to be only a gift voucher not refund so I am extremely disappointed with them and never ever shop at sports direct
