Brilliant please this is with free parking and stores

Badly planned, In need of life... Sad that this place has no independent access. No footpath from the main road, no bus service here. Anyone disabled would have to be independent to either work here or shop. The only customer toilets are in Van Hage, so woe betide getting caught short elsewhere. No WiFi anywhere in the centre, apparently not required when I asked. Lack of customer focus I say! You have to have a car, taxi or cycle to get here. A total disaster in planning what could be a reasonable site. Every time I visit I expect less shops to be open and so it happens. The management company should be ashamed of themselves. Get the access to the Garden Park better organised and it might just help...

Nearly cold roast dinner ...should have complained really! Won't improve if we don't! quite a bit of beef tho, it's only redeeming factor.

Sunday 20th @12.10pm Stopped for Sunday lunch having travelled from Weston Super Mare on way to Spalding. Nothing i can say would be good about the whole experience. Long queue, slow service for the carvery, due to insufficient staff.Having waited nearly 20 mins to be served the food can only be described as possibly the worst I have had in a very long time.Once you obtained the food there was no cutlery available and u had to ask. Being a retired Garden Centre manager I would be embarrassed if I ran this one. I thought Van Hage had a good reputation.Think staff also need to know how to smile too.Never again will I call in for a meal. One very unhappy customer. David WSM
