If we could give no stars we would. They didn't take our address down correctly and when they couldn't find it, said they were going to turn back around. We waited half an hour more than the time we asked for the food to come, and the food itself was tasteless, partially cold and gross. Terrible!

The restaurant extended the delivery time after ordering and it arrived later that the given time. Over 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering. We ordered a large special fried rice, along with other food and when the order arrived, we received a small rice. We order from the take away at least once a month and this is the third time this has happened along with seperate complaints of items missing form orders over the years. Its the the first time we called to complain about the rice as its never seemed a big enough isue in the past. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and unapologetic. She said we must tell her every time it happens and I made the point we don't have to (and we shouldn't have to.) We rang this time because it wasn't the first time it happened and we were annoyed. She kept making it out like it was our fault for not telling her before when it happened. The first and second time we thought it may be an honest mistake and let it go without complaint. The food was unsatisfactory. The vegetable spring rolls were oily and cold. The sweet and sour chicken balls were served with a bland sweet and sour sauce in a separate container with no vegetables. This may be how they serve it but not what we were expecting. Having been a regular customer for 4 years the service and quality has dropped so significantly that we will not be ordering again. Absolutely no customer service.

It's always a risk when you try a new chinese and I'm glad we did! 100% would recommend the Duck Chow Mein, Pork Spare Ribs, crispy Seaweed and crackers.
