Seriously good food. We order here regularly and the consistency and quality is superb for both veg and non-veg. The team at PP are very friendly and yes sometimes they can be slow but they cook everything fresh and you can tell from the quality of the food. It is worth the wait.... i hope more people go and support this amazing restaurant as its way better than the other Indian restaurants nearby.
We ate there last night, one of the worst Indian restaurant that I had ever eaten in, terrible food, terrible services, unprofessional staff and although I did not visit the toilets myself, my friend told me that it was very dirty. We ordered the mixed grill with naan bread, terrible - everything was terrible. The lamb was like cardboard, tasteless and could not bite through it, it's not half chicken, it's chicken leg, tasteless, flavourless and seem like it was soaked in lime juice. The only thing that we enjoyed was the wine. We will not be going back again!! When we tried to make a complaint, only to be told that they have had 5* rating from "just eat" This place opened less than 2 months ago -
Food was delicious, we went for the Sri Lankan options to try something different and they were really tasty! For two of us having a starter and main each plus a couple of beers came to less than £30, so really good value too. Service could have been quicker but I think they were slightly short-staffed on the night
went for a mid day meal with friends on 1-12-2017. At the recommendation of one of our friends. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. pleasant ambience. ordered different varieties of Srilankan food, and the food was served with out a long wait. The food were delicious, nicely cooked according to our request. Certainly intend to visit again with family/friends.
This was our second time here. We brought our children aged 8 & 10 years. It was fantastic. Service was warm and friendly. The dosa is to die for. Staff can’t do enough for you and they go out of their way to make you enjoy the delicious food. Will definitely be back.
Five of us had a lovely dinner at Palm Palace last night. It was more than just great food, or great dining, it was a really lovely evening in every way. This place is very special and unique with its intimate atmosphere. The food is outstanding.
Been here twice, and both times, had a completely enjoyable experience. Very tasty food, with excellent south Indian and Sri Lankan specialities plus the usual Indian menu. Very good value. Friendly and charming staff. And despite some previous reviews, the WCs were spotless. This place deserves to succeed- Highly recommended.
Same owners from before. They got the orders wrong several times. The lamb in the mutton biriyani was hard and there was hardly any lamb in the dish. Not the best place to go but the milk appam is very good here. Pretty much the only thing I can recommend.
Authentic traditional flavours, food is served in a timely fashion and has generous portions. Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Menu has a great variety for veg and non veg eaters. Overall great food!
It was really nice place to eat with family. Service was good and we were served very quickly. We didn't have to wait for long, the food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend.
