Horrible food, horrible service. Got my order wrong twice and didn't even change it to the right one. Just horrible

This was some time ago but need to advise all. Although friendly service, I ordered food on their premises, waiting, the door was open to part of the back, to my horror, to see one of the not so strong English speaking lady Maybe one of the owners managers, picked up dropped food off the floor and put it into a tub ready to either get delivered to someone or us. The staff did not challenge her either. When challenged this, she said it was not to send anywhere. I cancelled my order and won't ever eat there again.

Nasty, that’s the best thing I can say about my meal this evening, ribs very fatty, chow mein tastes like it’s been cooked in weeks old oil, last time I use Li’s, just threw £18.00 in the bin & ordered proper Chinese food from different restaurant, used to be a good restaurant, seems that’s a thing of the past
