We sold our house with the Canton branch. The staff were professional,  helpful and friendly. They maintained excellent communication between ourselves and our buyer throughout the process. The house was sold quickly, for our asking price, and the sales team continued to provide support right up until completion day. Highly recommend.

I have found Peter Alan to be very quick to find good tenants. They are responsive to inquiries on viewings and efficient to process tenant deposits.  My letting agent of choice for Cardiff Bay.

Never had such bad service from an estate agent error after error failed to lock back door after a viewing only for them to contact me saying someone had broken into my property door left wide open and room full of snow , messages never passed on , paid for professional photo which belong to me but would not hand them over when i went with another agent WILL NEVER USE PETER ALAN AGAIN

Initially were great, then left us with an overgrown garden and rat infested property. There were disease spreading flies so we can't open the windows. We rang 5 times to get both problems sorted but nothing has ever been done. Would never use again.

Booked to view a rental property after lunch one weekend. Came down from London to Cardiff to view which is a 4.5hr coach ride. Agent called to change appointment because the current tenant had been on nights and was sleeping. Didn't they know this when we booked it? They said that we couldn't go until 15.30, we said that was the latest we could do as our coach back was at 16.00. They called at 15.00 asking if we could do 16.30 then cancelled. We wasted the whole afternoon waiting around for them organise themselves. 

Booked again the following weekend to see the same property, mid week. Agents kept calling on the day but confirmed our appointment was at 16.30. They called at 15.00 saying an agent was at the property at 14.30 and why hadn't we turned up? So much faffing about calling backwards and forwards, complained that they didn't know what they were doing and then they said they could meet us at 15.30 but didn't know if the keys worked!!!!! 

Seriously poor service, poor communication between staff that either they don't care or they don't know how to run a business. No organisation what so ever. 

Questioning whether it's actually worth seeing the property as if this is how they run a business then we don't want to sign with them. I am appalled. Not a good start to a new life in Cardiff.
