Pretty damn terrible. 
Initially a hugely professional and helpful agent who helped us secure our tenancy (at a discounted price and unfurnished as we needed). Sadly she left. 
The house was awfully unclean when we moved in, particularly the kitchen/oven/hood. We went for over a year with maintenance requests ignored, or claiming the landlord was looking in to it. Those that were done were the epitome of “badge job”. 
Eventually transpired the vast majority were never passed on & when the landlord discovered the list of repairs needed he decided to sell up instead. 
We weren’t sent timely notice that the tenancy was being ended (thankfully the landlord has told us he would sell up at some point...however we were left unaware when that would be).
Closeout the woman attempted to get my partner to sign the check-out document before it had even been completed. We’re still waiting on our deposit, because CPS have lost the council tax bills we sent them proving our bills are up to date (something I’ve never had to do before) yet despite this the deposit protection scheme have notified me they want £200 of our deposit. But we don’t know why! And given the house is up for sale with zero works having been completed on it, they won’t be having a penny. 

Really CPS have just cemented in my mind that letting agents and the rental market are entirely corrupt.
On the plus side the experience was the kick up the bum to buy our own home. So thanks.

I have dealt with CPS Homes for over 2 years and have found them very professional in their approach to both landlords and tenants. They have provided a fast, friendly, reliable and honest service. I am impressed that all staff members have full knowledge of my tenancy details and follow-up queries in good time. Any requests/instructions I make are always carried out to my satisfaction   

Having dealt with other letting agencies in Cardiff I would rate CPS as one of the best. I am confident that I will continue using their excellent services for a long time in the foreseeable future.
