I chose Olivia Louise initially because I wanted to go with an independent estate agent. Rachel impressed me right from the outset when I first met her and she didn't disappoint. She was extremely professional, sold my house very quickly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She gives a very personal service and I am so glad I chose Olivia Louise. My experience was an extremely positive one. Would 100% recommend.

Quick and flexible when responding to queries and arranging viewings, helpful and friendly and just a fantastic service in full. Very understanding and patient and personable- thanks Rachel especially for all the help. Was purchasing a property and Rachel helped to ensure the process was smooth and without any issues. No hesitations to recommend Olivia Louise lettings and sales!

Awful. This estate agent refused to speak to me on the sale of my property.  They would not speak to me at all about the sale of my house and inststed on only speaking to my ex husband. And I was paying half the fee!  When I rang, they refused to speak to me, call.me back or even tell me any information related to the sale of my home, any viewings or offers. Disgusting. Well done ladies. You just put equality back 3 decades.

Rachel @ Olivia Louise is professional yet very approachable, always dealing with every query quickly and effectively, its evident they clearly care about helping you move. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of moving.

I was in Cardiff for just one week to find a flat for a research stay, which is not too much time. Rachel and her team were quite professional and arranged two viewing appointments even on short term. During these appointments I felt well and professionally advised. Even when I finally chose a flat closer to may workplace, I appreciate these efforts. Thanks a lot!  André

Highly disappointed with the service from Rachel and her team. Cancelled appointment 10min before. Once rescheduled on the day of the appointment I get to here an offer from another party has been accepted. I didn't get any phone call or an email. What a waste of time ****highly disappointed and unprofessional service**** I am actively looking for investment property however I am going to avoide Olivia estate agents.

Highly professional yet personal service. Rachel and her team have succeeded where other estate agents have failed; and continue to provide the support and advice on my rental property even though a tenant has been secured.

Very professional service throughout. Rachel and her team sold out house twice due to our first buyer pulling out and on both occasions managed to secure an excellent price for our home.
