Allen & Harris Canton branch were my agents for buying my flat back in 2019 and I was so impressed with them that they were my natural choice for selling through when the time came this year. I wasn’t disappointed. Their personable approach is full of care and positivity and they have been dedicated, assiduous and supportive throughout the process. Branch manager Rob is a credit to the profession and sets an example that the other associates in the branch follow with equal excellence. My sale was complicated and lengthy due to a number of factors but A&H were on hand to keep pressing conveyancers on both side, give me updates when none were forthcoming from my own solicitor, and generally keep me sane. Terrific service from terrific people.

Chelsea showed me around my property and was absolutely brilliant. She clearly had a great relationship with the seller and was incredibly knowledgeable about both the property and current market conditions in general. She was always available and helpful throughout my purchase. I cannot recommend her enough.
Just in the process of buying a house with these guys. Chelsea did a great set of viewings for us and was brilliant at answering our questions as we are first time buyers. She also booked us in to see Phil, the mortgage advisor which was brilliant as he explained the whole process to us and helped us with everything. Would really suggest going through these guys, would definitely use them again!
Highly recommend using Allen & Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell. Chelsea was superb and went above and beyond to help make this as smooth a transition as possible. It was a particularly difficult chain, through no fault of Allen & Harris, but Chelsea was easily contactable and did everything to sort any challenge that arose. Very professional and would 100% use Chelsea and A&H if I move again.
As a student, I found it very hard to find an estate agent who wanted to allow me to rent a property which wasnt shared with 5-6 other people. After months of searching I came across a property being rented via Allen and Harris. To my surprise, they were willing to accept me as a student. I found the process of organising a visit easy and me and a house mate decided to take on the property. The reference checking was comprehensive but easy and our specific agent was very supportive during this. Post-move, they have not dropped the standard of service they provide. Their maintenance reporting system is effective and smooth allowing us peace of mind. Thank you for providing such an excellent service for my first proper house rental. I would highly recommend these estate agents for anyone who is looking for a smooth and easy move.
Great estate agent to deal with. We normally deal with Chelsea who is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. She is a pleasure to work with and knows the market really well. Highly recommended!
